Reception very bad service ! August 2019 Arrived at reception 2.30pm to check in told no rooms ready. Was not offered any hospitality. locked out of the lifts the gym and all other areas as was not offered key card to access any areas. I Was told wait until we call you When I went back to reception after a long time the lady had left the area. Another person then offered us a room This is the service of a 2 star. The reception lady clearly has no training in hospitality not a good start is it bar staff sensational, great wine selection. Fantastic pool great staff at the pool. This hotel is a dream, just reception poor. Was told they don’t like to deal with holiday makers. . Someone needs to tel the receptionist se only works there and is not the owner. 😂

Don't let the location intrigue you! Beautiful rooms, clean and nice with friendly staff. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with lovely staff also. Lunch at one of the restaurants was amazing, definitely recommend their pasta options. Dinner was also lovely, at the ground floor, excellent quality, smell and taste. The massage lounge was amazing and really relaxing. Definitely will come back in the future!

One of the most pleasant stays I’ve had in the last 15 years of traveling. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. For those business travelers that prefer a quite surrounding area, this hotel is ideal. It is only a few minutes away from the beach and local restaurants without the noise pollution and excessive traffic. The gym and spa will meet the requirements to remain consistent if you like working out while traveling. Lastly, no hotel ever functions, successfully or poorly, without their staff. I’d be remiss if I don’t identify some of the hotel’s staff that just went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and long term business. Miss Salwa, front desk supervisor, ensured our stay was going well by asking everyday and ready to rectify any discrepancies. When we arrived, Miss Salwa dropped what she was working on to assist her colleague expedite our check in. Miss Natalia, staff supervisor, is a professional leader that knows how to lead by example. Miss Natalia would cover down on the wait staff in order to bridge service gaps in the dining area and keep every client satisfied. Mr. Dimitris was always extremely helpful and proactive with his duties as a waiter. He knows his clients well and remembers what you usually order. I’d like to take this time to thank those three individuals and the rest of the Radisson Blu Larnaca staff. See you next time.

I have been guest at Radisson Blu Hotel for business trip in Larnaca. All staff very professional and very friendly . Worth to mention the beautifull SPA with excellent staff . I had a very pleasent AEGEO SPA experience with lovely ando extremely professional Mrs Panayota (Pany ! ) that made me feel as a VIP person and at the same time an old friends , also desk staff Nina and Lali were extremely kind and professional. Radisson blu larnaca never deceives ! The staff is really one of the most friendly staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. They genuinely care about your well being and will make sure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet and à la carte was already excellent but improvements have been made which make it also one of the best buffet breakfast I have tried. Thank you for such a pleasant stay
