For smokers just confirm booking a few days earlier as they have very few smokers room. I was lucky to get one on arrival. Lady luck never smiles always..hahaha(Protoc0ls)

Excellent service by the staff. Very accommodating to customer needs especially when travelling with family. They go all out to ensure that any constraints being felt by the customer are eleviated as far as possible making the experience one that will be remembered for their kind and soft touch. A special shout out to Samrudhi for her service over and beyond. Her courteous nature coupled with her ability of understanding what the customer really is looking forward to and catering to it proactively and promptly is simply amazing
