She left a footprint on my heart by organizing a cake for me as a surprise since it was my birthday! Wow! What an experience! Stayed here for just one night at the end of a South Africa and Zimbabwe tour before flying home. It was a lovely experience, great friendly and helpful staff, comfy good sized room and very nice relaxing social areas around the hotel and outside on the deck area. They even drove us to and from Mandela square for no cost. The breakfast was one of the most extensive I've had anywhere in the world - amazing choice of food and good quality. Very happy to recommend.
