Great experience at Radisson Blu. Faisal at the reception was very helpful and welcoming, and Farhan from the bellboy team provided excellent service. Really appreciated the warm hospitality!

This new hotel is located in an excellent position and offers excellent customer service. The reception staff are highly professional, with the Arab staff in particular being very helpful and made us feel welcome. The housekeeping and other support staff were also very professional and contributed to a more enjoyable stay. One area for improvement would be the privacy of the shower area which may be more relevant to business class rooms we had booked. Overall an excellent value for money.

Each time I travel for business, I book this hotel. This time the experience was different! The customer service was incredible! From the moment I walked in until I left. Surprisingly, a fruit basket was delivered to my room on the first night, fully complimentary! Also my room was different from the others I have stayed before! Well done to the management! I stayed in a business class room and honestly, it really lives up to its name the room was big and spacious as well as the fact that the beds were comfy too. Having a business room also meant that I had access to the business lounge which levels up your experience the hotel also had a floor for a gym spa and a pool. Special mention to Yusuf and alamgir for being amazing and helpful during our stay
