This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Jammu, offering a pleasant ambiance, comfortable rooms, and a great overall experience. The facilities are well-maintained, and the location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. However, there is a need for improvement in the front desk services. The reception staff should be more responsive and cooperative, as at times they seem inattentive and less helpful to guest queries. Enhancing customer service and communication at the reception will further elevate the hotel’s reputation and ensure a smoother experience for visitors. Overall, it’s a great place that just needs minor service upgrades.
