I stayed at Radisson Blu jammu and had a really comfortable stay The staff in every department was friendly and helpful.A special thanks to Anil from housekeeping for keeping my room clean and fresh every day His hard work and postive attitude made a big difference. Very happy with my stay The cleanliness service were outstanding. Mr. Anil for taking care of everything and making our stay pleasant. Ms. Akansha from front office. She made my check-in process smooth and hassle free. Mr. Som from food service but they are very unprofessional in his approach and delay the food. Hope this can be improved in the future. The housekeeping team deserves 5 stars. Specially thanks to Mr. Anil whose hard work and excellent service made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He cleaned my room every day very thoroughly and always ensured everything was perfectly maintained. If u are visiting jammu this hotel is an excellent choice for your stay. I would recommend taking a superior category room on 5th floor for a great experience. Also, do meet Mr Anil from housekeeping he is very helpful and professional.
