Another great experience...Am a regular client for years now. Wonderful team as usual A special thanks to the following staff for there extra mile in providing excellent service. Mr Saket for driving the team and taking care of us at every where. Guddu,Ms Geeta,Liza,Sushmita and Mr Saurabh from desk having wonderful smile, Moi, Hansing, Chef Rajkumar and Chef Reshmi for wonderful pancakes and french toast. Mehek from housekeeping also did a great job

Spacious rooms, delectable breakfast spread, and exceptional staff, particularly Duty manager Susmita and Assistant manager Housekeeping Dhriti, Restaurant staff Guddu, Anand & Birendra who catered to our every needs A special Christmas dinner and other festive activities had elevated all new experience. We enjoyed a cozy and indulgent Christmas at Radisson Blu Plaza. The hotel's charm and hospitality offset the premium pricing. A truly memorable stay. Need to give a special shout out to all the staff. When it comes to Sushmita & Dhriti it’s a special mention regarding how they treated our daughter. For me the entire Christmas week felt like pleasant and more relaxing because of the both Dhriti & Susmita, the way they helped me out of day to day activity. A special thanks to Sushmita Barik who went above and beyond to make me feel personally valued and welcome .Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference! From the moment I arrived,l was greeted with a warm smile and a level of professionalism that set the ton for my entire visit.The check- in process was seamless and incredibly fast,which i truly appreciated after a long day of travel. The Housekeeping was impeccable, thanks to Dhriti. She clearly runs a tight ship _our room was flawless and well-stocked every single day.After a small request regarding our bedding,she personally ensured everything was perfectly arranged. It's rare to find a team so efficient yet so genuinely friendly .we'll definitely be back!

Our experience at Radisson Hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. In particular, Ms. Sushmita’s service was highly commendable. She behaved with us in a very professional and friendly manner. The food was delicious and of good quality. Overall, our stay was very satisfying. We would definitely like to stay here again.
