Our stay truly felt like a five-star experience from the moment we walked through the doors. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious and thoughtfully appointed with comfortable bedding and soft lighting. A special shout-out to the Manager Mr. Deep — he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and handled every request with genuine warmth. Will come back soon.

Service is really good, Rahul Das was really helpful. Reception folks are really great. Rooms were fantastic. Bathtubs weren't that great- initially it gave brown water, I guess it was cause of no usage later it was good. apart from that it was great

Rooms & Comfort: The room was impressively spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed and bedding provided a fantastic night's sleep, and the soundproofing kept city noise completely at bay. Dining & Breakfast: The breakfast spread at Chill Restaurant & Terrace was a standout feature—offering a vibrant mix of authentic South Indian classics, North Indian specialties, and global breakfast options. Everything was fresh and continuously replenished. Service & Hospitality: What truly sets this property apart is the team. From the seamless check-in at the front desk to the attentive housekeeping and restaurant crew, every staff member went out of their way to make the stay feel warm, personalized, and welcoming. Whether you are traveling for business, a quick city getaway, or a relaxing staycation, Radisson Blu Plaza delivers a refined, reliable, and delightful experience. We had a wonderful stay overall—the property and ambience were excellent. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the cold approach of the reception team. Having experienced high Radisson standards on past stays, this team could benefit from on-the-job training to deliver the warm hospitality expected of the brand.
