Our stay at Radisson Blu Ha Long was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was rich, varied, and of very high quality. The staff were professional, warm, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome. The location is also very convenient for exploring the area. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Vui. Her presence and leadership are clearly felt throughout the hotel. She is attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction, creating a high standard of hospitality across the entire team. Highly recommended — we would be very happy to return.

Polite stuff, clean rooms, great views, a good variety of food for breakfast and the highlight for us was a swimming pool on the top floor with very nice warm water and the view.

The spa was clean, relaxing, and very professional. My therapist, Ha, did an amazing job ,she was skilled, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The massage was exactly what I needed after a long day, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Ha’s warm attitude and excellent technique really stood out. I would definitely recommend the spa and would happily return for another treatment.
