"Cannot fault this hotel"

From the moment we checked in to check out, everything was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, from the lobby to the room. We had the Bay view room and the view was spectacular. The room was clean, spacious and had all the basic amenities. The bath with a view was great. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of dishes, we enjoyed starting the day with this each morning. All staff were friendly and great. The outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool on the 30th floor was just as good. Walking distance to nearby beaches and small shops. We stayed here to get away from it all so the location may not suit someone who wants easy access to everything. We liked the location being away from main towns and used GRAB if we needed to get somewhere. Taxis are also available at the front. Amazing and memorable stay, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the executive rooms. The hotel seems quite new and has a nice design. The room has a fantastic view of the bay and a big bathroom. Staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay another time.

"Vui and breakfast"

Vui was very happy and helpful at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble, offering to bring our coffees and anything else. Helping organise trip or suggest where to go. Pointing us to tour destination lobby to book. Beautiful clean comfy bed and rooms. Changed from double bed to beds without having to go to lobby.

"Wonderful and luxurious"

This is an absolutely lovely experience after being in the mountains at a home stay in Sapa. The hotel is amazing. Very luxurious and better than most 4 or 5 star hotels that I have stayed in in Europe. Vui was absolutely fabulous in trying to fulfill our needs. We stayed for two nights to recuperate from the madness of Hanoi, Sapa and all the traveling.
