The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with great attention to detail.
Breakfast was rich, varied, and of very high quality.
The staff were professional, warm, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome.
The location is also very convenient for exploring the area.
A special thank you to the hotel manager, Vui. Her presence and leadership are clearly felt throughout the hotel. She is attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction, creating a high standard of hospitality across the entire team.
