A fantastic hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gothenburg. We booked this hotel direct. Communication via email was great and the cost was cheaper than going through booking.com. They supported with queries about transportation from the airport etc. On arrival, we had been upgraded to an executive suite. Lovely and spacious with fantastic views of Gothenburg. The breakfast was amazing - the reviews didn't disappoint. We also enjoyed cocktails in the hotel bar. There is a spa attached to the hotel. It is well worth booking this experience...it was amazing! The whole stay was such a treat!

Friendly and professional staff meeting all our wants and needs for our stay. It felt safe for someone with food allergies to dine in the restaurant and we were met with nothing but sweet kindness and professionalism by the waiter. Very comfortable beds and the room has everything you could want from a hotel stay. Including lotion, nice schampoo and conditioner, a mini fridge and water kettle. Nice pillows. Any request was met with swift action. (Except an email with questions to the restaurant). Very happy with the location close to the railway station and nice restaurants around the corner. Would recommend to anyone travelling for leisure or work. We were staying for a sports competition and the hotel was perfect for that too.

This is how a hotel stay should be; exceeding your expectations, Proffisional reception, impressive Atrium restaurant, airy room with highg quality details. A swimming pool would have been nice but I must give top ratings anyway.

Thank you for an amazing stay! I booked a room to celebrate my partner's birthday, and the service was truly beyond expectation. He loved the special arrangements and slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I had a bit of trouble sleeping due to some loud noise coming from the room above us until midnight. Despite that one issue, we had a wonderful time and appreciate everything you did for us.

We loved everything about this hotel. I wasn’t expecting to be allowed to check in 3 hours early - but we were. The room was on the 5th floor, quiet, modern, clean and a generous size. The second room was on the 2nd floor. The bed was extremely comfortable and we all slept really well. Breakfast was first class too! Plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The cleaners were quiet and discreet - thankfully not clattering about at 6am! As it was Christmas there were decorations everywhere which added to the general ambience. The bar was busy and buzzy in the evening - with reasonably priced drinks. The Noot restaurant looked nice but we didn’t dine there. The weather was a bit rainy so it was great that they had umbrellas to hire - free of charge. There was also a complimentary water and snack table in reception in the afternoons - nice touch. Would we return? 100% yes :)
