Thank you for an amazing stay! I booked a room to celebrate my partner's birthday, and the service was truly beyond expectation. He loved the special arrangements and slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I had a bit of trouble sleeping due to some loud noise coming from the room above us until midnight. Despite that one issue, we had a wonderful time and appreciate everything you did for us.

"Christmas markets with family visit"

We loved everything about this hotel. I wasn’t expecting to be allowed to check in 3 hours early - but we were. The room was on the 5th floor, quiet, modern, clean and a generous size. The second room was on the 2nd floor. The bed was extremely comfortable and we all slept really well. Breakfast was first class too! Plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The cleaners were quiet and discreet - thankfully not clattering about at 6am! As it was Christmas there were decorations everywhere which added to the general ambience. The bar was busy and buzzy in the evening - with reasonably priced drinks. The Noot restaurant looked nice but we didn’t dine there. The weather was a bit rainy so it was great that they had umbrellas to hire - free of charge. There was also a complimentary water and snack table in reception in the afternoons - nice touch. Would we return? 100% yes :)

Very pleasant stay here in a suite (room upgrade) and fantastic breakfast. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Would highly recommend.

The enterance to the hotel was absolutely amazing, the restaurant were stunning, and people were really kind to us! The best hotel I have ever been to!
