Very pleased with the staff performance both in the room service as well as the 1936 restaurant. Food spread is good and quality is excellent. We have had a comfortable 3 nights stay in the Hotel.

What an experience! Magical surroundings, amazing nature. Experience was further enhanced by hospitality of staff. Polite, attentive, friendly striving to ensure our stay was the best. Quality of food and service was excellent. I can say so much more….. Thanks so much to Chef Farooq, Tawsoof, Ramida and Ferdous , restaurant staff for making amazing dishes for us.

My experience at Radisson Pahalgam as been nothing short of excellent. The property, location, and the rooms are amazing and comfortable. But the best part about this hotel is the staff. They have gone above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. The reception staff Sohaib and Aadil were accommodating of all our requests. The housekeeping staff Aasif was prompt, helpful and alert. The restaurant staff was incredible - their service was so warm. Special mention to Insee, Chef Aadil, Rouf, Chef Farooq, and Tawseef for making sure we enjoy our meals and have met every single requirement, and request. Will definitely come here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Pahalgam, and the experience was truly exceptional. The property is beautifully maintained and has a very warm, peaceful atmosphere that makes the stay even more special. Everything is clean, well-kept and thoughtfully managed. The food deserves a special mention — every meal we had was absolutely delicious, with great variety and excellent quality. The chefs clearly put a lot of care into the food, and we especially want to thank Chef Farooq and Chef Zahid for making our dining experience so memorable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly sweet, courteous, respectful and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Ubaid, Insee, Rahida, Radif and Tauseef from the restaurant for their warmth and attentive service. They made us feel so comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. Overall, Radisson Pahalgam is a property we would happily recommend. Exceptional food, a beautifully maintained property and, most importantly, wonderful people who make the experience truly memorable. We would definitely love to come back!
