We went for breakfast on Sunday morning @ 8.30am & it was empty.. so no idea where all the guests were(traceyf646)
The rooms were clean and super quiet anytime of the day(Pablo M)
There are many steps within the hotel. Some that do not have hand rails.(Julie W)
Rome has plenty to see, so do your plan ahead and remember to rest also(Tapio T)

It is really great hotel, classic design, excellent quality of the room. Amazing staff, friendly and very profesional. We had Christmas Eve dinner in Le Roof restaurant - food was gorgeous and service was fabulous. Really nice desserts and ambience in the taberna romana, breakfast really nice, staff very helpful. Very dedicated front office, reservation and F&B team. Creme de la creme of hospitality!!!

I gave the rating as the location was great, the staff we professional & polite & the hotel itself is amazing. Our room was spacious & clean with complimentary water & toiletries ( including hairdryer & fridge) we had breakfast to go on the first morning as we were up early fir our first tour & we had breakfast the 2nd morning which was delicious. My only issue was we are Radisson VIP members & this was not recognised by the reception team when I checked in. When i asked about an upgrade I was told that the hotel was full & not available. When we got to our room it was next to the service lift with the hoover outside (room 672) So this put me off however once inside, the room was large with everything we needed. The view was of the back of the hotel however for what we needed the room for & the length of our stay it was fine - it was just disappointing - overall we had a great time

Excellent service by everyone one in the hotel all the personnel where very attentive friendly and helpful staff Massimiliano the concierge help us with tours information about the surroundings of the hotel very knowledgeable person also about restaurants. Gianmmarco help us with tips too and all the bags and carry on that we have. Lorenzo the driver excellent too friendly puntual very attendant for everyone in the van and sometimes we were 6 people. All the staff in the front desk also were amazing, all I can say I really recommend this Hotel a great experience and the breakfast every day delicious 👍👍. Thank you so much for everything Grazie !!!!!

This hotel was selected by Norwegian Cruise line, for early arrival prior to a scheduled cruise. It's central location between the airport and port was excellent. It was also convenient for local touring, especially for my Vatican 🇻🇦 tour. My room was beautiful and my breakfast was delicious.
