A relaxing break after a week of business in Columbo. Facilities are well geared to unwinding and the staff are very engaging and friendly. A special mention for Guest Experience Executive Ashan. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel so welcome, giving me an informative tour of the hotel, and magically appearing when I needed to make arrangements - a real jewel in Radisson’s crown!
