The experience was great, and the staff are very helpful, I will recommend to anyone going to Freetown. I also want to thank Mr. Emmanuel, my brother from Nigeria for his support during my stay in terms of guidance and also room reservation payment and local movement advices.

I liked the experience and I must say the reception staff was exceptional, specially Agnes and Rebecca who helped solve a last minute issue and extended my stay. Also I really loved the ice tea at the reception :)

The location is good, close to the beech with no security concerns. Atmosphere is ambient, respectful and cordial. Guest relations Lady Rebecca was very nice to us, courteous, respectful and willing to help. My room(032) was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The diligence and excellence of madam Mabinty the staff who cleaned my room during my stay was highly commendable. The security men too are good and helpful Mr Elisah was great. The service was indeed value for money. Thanks for the excellent services, keep it up.
