We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and the experience was really excellent. The reception was wonderful: warm atmosphere, relaxing atmosphere and a staff always smiling and helpful. After check-in we started exploring the property... and it literally never ended! The spaces are large and cared for in every detail. Outdoor pool, spa with indoor pool, above-average gym for size and quality of space and, for those who love gaming, an entire dedicated area in perfect 90s arcade style — a truly fun surprise. We also stopped for dinner and tasted excellent typical Tuscan products. The waiting staff was friendly, warm and always present, with great attention to all tables. We will definitely return in summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool even more. Keep it up!

The hotel is newly renovated. The room was great. Modern and clean. Quite spacious which was a win as we traveled with 4 suitcases. Breakfast option was quite okay. I ate pizza for 2 days in a row because the savory options were limited. The lobby was spacious and super cozy. Since we were traveling with a tour bus, the location was not a problem. Although it was a bit far from the city center.
