As a Radisson VIP member, I have stayed at many Radisson hotels around the world, and this is my favorite one. It may not be the biggest or the flashiest property, but the level of service and professionalism is truly exceptional. That's exactly why I keep coming back. During my last four stays, one employee stood out above everyone else: Azmi at the front desk. He is, without a doubt, my favorite member of the team. Friendly, professional, and always welcoming, he consistently makes every stay a better experience. The entire staff deserves recognition for their professionalism and genuine hospitality. I'd also like to give a small shout-out to Bobo from the concierge team. This is an exceptionally well-managed hotel, and it shows. I look forward to returning again soon. One suggestion for improvement: the hotel's canal-side location means there can be quite a few mosquitoes at times (at Bai and Lobby as well). Please consider installing mosquito traps that use heat/light (rather than chemicals). I think that would make an already excellent stay even better.

Been staying at the the Radisson Blu Canal View in Dubai for a number of weeks and would say it is a great location both for short term and longer stays. At this time of year ot also presents great value for money... The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and I woudl like to mention Thidar one of the housekeep staff who is simply excellent. The rooms are of a good size and room service and the restaurants are great.
