The hotel is excellent but VIP REWARDS members must be very careful because the hotel tries to avoid their 15% discount at the BAI restaurant/bar under many unjustified reasons, which is a very big negative point and greatly diminishes the pleasure of staying there.

The hotel is located in an excellent area with a beautiful view of the Dubai Canal and the Burj Khalifa, which you can even reach on foot. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Alcohol is also served on the rooftop,

The staff were great. The hotel was clean quiet. Great view if you get the canal view side. Clean bathrooms is always the main thing for me.
