I was very pleasantly surprised by hotel reception admin Baevskij who went beyond the call of duty to help us with getting our workshop materials ready. Wow! You restored our confidence in hospitality services!

We stayed for a two-day business trip and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and very well organized, and we truly felt well cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to Silvia at the restaurant, who was the sweetest and kindest host. She made every meal feel especially welcoming and always greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon!

Food was excellent, staff are all wonderful (shout out to Silina, she was very good ^^). Room was a little different to what was advertised (no bath due to renovations) but nothing wrong with it, extra requests were accommodated without complaint. No complaints and would happily return

I've been staying here for multiple years now as im a huge borussia dortmund fan and the service has been impeccable basically every single time now! Sanja, Devin and Lina make it feel like I'm basically at home and the service is always a 10/10, both in the bar and at the reception!
