Food was excellent, staff are all wonderful (shout out to Silina, she was very good ^^). Room was a little different to what was advertised (no bath due to renovations) but nothing wrong with it, extra requests were accommodated without complaint. No complaints and would happily return

I've been staying here for multiple years now as im a huge borussia dortmund fan and the service has been impeccable basically every single time now! Sanja, Devin and Lina make it feel like I'm basically at home and the service is always a 10/10, both in the bar and at the reception!

The staff made our trip and made my wife feel special on her 30th birthday- going above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel and I would come back. I certainly intend to use the chain again elsewhere

I was very satisfied with the hotel’s location, service, and rooms. Everything was clean, comfortable, and overall very impressive. A special thank-you to Devin from the bar — his service was excellent, he was extremely helpful, and he even guided us like a local tourist expert. We truly appreciated his kindness and recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
