Our stay at Radisson Blu, Dhaka exceeded our expectations. We received a warm welcome at the airport from Mr. Nazir of the Radisson Airport team, who accompanied us to the hotel and assisted with a smooth check-in process. At the end of our trip, he again ensured a seamless experience by picking us up from the hotel and helping with airport check-in. Mr. Nazir was exceptionally courteous and professional, making sure everything went perfectly at each step. The shuttle service itself was very comfortable, with a spacious van and reliable timing. The hotel staff, including those in the buffet breakfast area, maintained the same high standard of professionalism. In particular, Mr. Saleh (Supervisor) was incredibly helpful. Since my wife was unwell during our stay, he kindly arranged for her breakfast to be delivered to our room each morning—something we truly appreciated. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well maintained, which added greatly to our comfort throughout the stay. The only inconvenience was with the room key cards, which had to be reactivated several times. We later learned the NFC technology in the cards can get deactivated when placed close to mobile phones. Even after being cautious, it happened occasionally. One thing to note—the checkout process took a bit longer than we expected, so it’s best to keep some extra time in hand if you’re in a hurry or have a flight to catch. Our friends and family visited us a few times, and parking was always plentiful. The hotel’s easy access to the airport road made getting in and out very convenient, sparing us the usual Dhaka traffic. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Radisson Blu, Dhaka to anyone visiting the city.

I had an unplanned stay at Radisson Blu Dhaka due to flight cancellations, and the experience was genuinely excellent. Despite the last-minute nature of the stay, the staff were incredibly accommodating and supportive. The front desk team was especially helpful and ensured everything was handled smoothly during what could have been a stressful situation. A special mention to Mahjabin, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. Her professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. I would gladly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.
