Honestly, one of the best parts of our stay was how smooth everything felt whenever we dealt with reception.Ms. Orthy and Mr Asad were always there when we needed anything, and they handled every request with a really calm, polite, and helpful attitude. It never felt like a hassle to ask for help, and that made a big difference to our experience. Really appreciated their kindness throughout.

Really had a great experience overall. Orthy at the reception was honestly amazing — always so polite, kind, and welcoming. Every time we called reception for help or had a question, she was very helpful and spoke so nicely, which made a big difference to our stay.
