The higher up the better !(nrg162)
Front of hotel looks out over a road (not busy) and railway station, rear (even numbered) of hotel looks out over other flats and offices and is very quiet.(John H)
The rooms to the back (southside) are more silent, the rooms (4th floor and up) facing the train station offer a nice view over the city.(martinpg)

We chose the Raddison Blu Hotel for our wedding in Germany this year and we can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and service we received. Simone Tauber was our point person as we were planning our wedding overseas. She was absolutely fantastic in accommodating all of our requests for our reception. She always responded right away which we really appreciated since we had to organize everything from Canada. The head cook also made sure that we enjoyed all of the delicious food. He accommodated our special request for the buffet and everything was perfectly prepared. The location is fantastic as it’s right across from the train station making it easy for our guests to find. We were impressed with the breakfast each morning as well as the spacious executive room with balcony. All of the staff were great. David S was also super helpful with the wedding cake the next morning. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

"Excellent stay at Cottbus."

The hotel is very good. Right next to the train station and about 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. The swimming pool on the last floor is quite nice. We were also happy with the breakfast, which had a lot of good options.

It was my first time in Cottbus but as usually in Radisson Blu, the welcome was extremely friendly. Even I made a strange booking the nice guy from the reception corrected my chaos and put me to an excellent room. As usually everything was clean and well prepared. The breakfast was delicious! I love it! I can't find anything to claim. Garage - check Good access from the garage to the hotel - check Nice and fast check-in - check Clean room - check Comfortable bed - check Delicious breakfast - check Helpful staff - check Good location of the hotel - check As I said - I'm loving it!

"Good stay"

Everything was very good, internet was poor, the only negative on my stay. Hotel was very impressive, food was great,nothing was too much trouble. Location involved a 20 minute walk to town but convenient for main railway station.

"Nice business trip"

We grad a very good deal inclusive breakfast over tripadvisor/hrs. The hotel is very central right next to where we needed to go, as well as near to city centre. The room was nice. Good breakfast, too.
