I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

The leisure centre at the Radisson is a friendly, relaxed place. I visited with a friend and she hasn't stopped talking about the benefits of the water jets, saying it was just like having a deep tissue massage. Both wet and dry saunas are maintained at an optimum temperature. I had an issue with my membership which was immediately rectified by James, the manager.

We stayed for our 17th anniversary , we noted this in our comments in our booking. The hotel went above and beyond for us, we were upgraded to a beautiful spacious bedroom and we were greeted with some lovely treats in our room. This gesture enhanced our stay tremendously, the big smiles and lovely staff at the reception desk was very uplifting, all the staff at the hotel made us feel like VIPs . Would recommend highly if celebrating any special occasions.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Reception were very accommodating of our requests and we got a lovely welcome card and bar of chocolate in our room which was a lovely surprise . Clean and great facilities.
