Tim the night manager was fantastic. He went way beyond expectations to help us secure reliable transportation to the bus station at 3am when our initial taxi cancelled leaving us unsure about what to do. He took care of us, fielded calls while we slept, gave us a wake up call, and offered us a take along breakfast (we were missing our included breakfast by leaving so early). He had coffee waiting for us in the lobby at 2:45am! Traveling arrangements can get nerve wracking and he stepped in to finish our stay on a excellent service/human kindness level. A true night manager to deal with all the unexpected, quirky things that go bump in the night! Thank you Tim!

Everytime I stay here the staff are so helpful and kind, One gentleman in particular named Tim always remembers who I am whenever i visit and goes above and beyond for customers 😊 Food is superb and rooms immaculate, love that we get vouchers too if you dont use housekeeping Will be back Alicia

Stayed in Radisson after a concert and met Tim at reception. Absolute gentleman, very friendly and a great laugh!

Had such a lovely experience , booked a solo mum only night away, pregnant and sleep deprived and was met with a beautiful hand written letter and a gorgeous bar of my fave o’connail’s chocolate, what a treat. Reception staff were so friendly , ordered room service and the guy who brought it up was so nice and made me feel at ease. Only feedback was I was woken early by doors closing in the hall way at 7:15am and this went on for an hour or so, other than that I had a fab stay!
