Book in for dinner even when its quiet as I saw it go from quiet to people waiting for tables with no booking while I ate.(Declan M)

Had such a lovely experience , booked a solo mum only night away, pregnant and sleep deprived and was met with a beautiful hand written letter and a gorgeous bar of my fave o’connail’s chocolate, what a treat. Reception staff were so friendly , ordered room service and the guy who brought it up was so nice and made me feel at ease. Only feedback was I was woken early by doors closing in the hall way at 7:15am and this went on for an hour or so, other than that I had a fab stay!

Tim, the Concierge:Night Manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had VERY hungry teenagers ( from America) and he had some brilliant suggestions for places to eat our “hangry” kiddos! Thank you, Tim!
