They provide convenient airport transfers, and the 24/7 room service is a delight. The décor is meticulously planned and brilliantly executed—not just in the lobby but also in the smartly designed rooms, which reflect thoughtful ESG-consciousness. Definitely check out the meticulously designed lobby—it beautifully blends Chennai’s pre-independence history, local art, and modern installations, making it well worth exploring. Every detail is taken care of: from dental and vanity kits to healthy snacking options in the minibar. I never had to ask for anything—it was all thoughtfully provided. Booking online was effortless, and I’m already looking forward to finding an excuse to return to Chennai just to stay here again. The only area for improvement is responsiveness over the phone. I had to call multiple times to get my reservation confirmed, though the online booking process was seamless. Overall, the Radisson Blu Hotel GRT near Chennai Airport sets a new benchmark for hospitality and design.

Very nice and clean and updated hotel. Top notch service. Treated like royals everywhere including a private SUV for airport pickup and drop off. Very modern room and bathroom. Well worth it to stop before early morning flight. Dinner buffet at chutneys was good but a bit pricy.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was a good size and had a big balcony. Bathroom was big. Everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of selections. Note to management: Add to room checklist: Check phone is working, check mini fridge is working and it is cold and check all lights are working properly.

Second time visiting this great hotel. Good accommodation, choice of 3 locations to eat on site or get a nightcap. Staff are amazing and friendly which makes for a great experience I personally had a great experience with Prakash from their Kari bar and grill. Everyday friendly and made the stay all that more enjoyable . Great place overall
