I've stayed at a few hotels in Chittagong over the past eight years. My last trip was the first week of March 2026. I had booked a reservation at The Peninsula Hotel, and I had checked in there. However, upon checking, in the manager lied to me and told me that the air conditioner was working when it wasn't. I spent the night in an 80F (27C) room getting no sleep. After a tremendous amount of talking, arguing, and discussing, somebody finally let slip that the air conditioning was out in the entire hotel. I checked out and went down to the Radisson without a reservation. They checked me in and gave me a great rate. One of the housekeeping managers, named Mr. Sarwar, was extra helpful and I really appreciated his service. I will be staying at the Radisson from now on.

I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from the receptionist at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Chittagong, Mr Rashed. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and so attentive to my needs. He took the time to engage with me, offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure I felt truly at home. His warm, talkative, and accommodating nature made all the difference. He is a true gem, and I deeply appreciate his outstanding hospitality. He deserves so much recognition for making my stay so special!

Hotel property is huge and green. Nice lobby huge space & the food was quite good. Best swimming in Bangladesh i believe.
