We had a brilliant stay in Cardiff The two Marks and Morgan were great nothing too much trouble went the extra mile as we visited for my husband’s 60th birthday Mark in the dining room even got him some cake for his birthday at breakfast

Fabulous room,fabulous breakfast and staff lovely so pleased how near the utility arena it was ,the hotel is lovely and the staff so good will stay again

Incredibly good value - really clean central to Cardiff centre lovely staff , very comfortable bed couldn’t complain about anything !

The online reviews are not great - the reality entirely different. Very helpful reception staff with a room upgrade. Room very clean although some of the furnishings a little tired. Very good breakfast

A few days in Cardiff was very memorable in a close and convenient hotel. The view across Bute Terrace and John Lewis with the skyline beyond, I would put the Radisson up there as the best hotel in Cardiff. You can’t beat a close location at the heart of the city. Staff were very professional, And accommodated all our needs. The breakfast is sublime as always. Plenty to choose from. Including Bloody Mary’s
