⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Home Away from Home — Radisson Blu I have been a long-stay guest at the Radisson Blu for several years now. My home is in Sydney, Australia — but my second home is truly the Radisson Blu. I stay about six months a year here, and the reason is simple: they have become my family. Everything I ask for is done with love and care. The level of attention and service across every department is exceptional — from the concierge who welcomes me upon arrival, to the front desk, the guest experience team, and the wonderful housekeeping staff who ensure everything I need is always ready. The food and beverage service, along with room service, is something else entirely — consistently high quality and full of warmth. The spa and the fitness facilities are the perfect way to relax and stay healthy during my stay. Every team member treats me as if I’m the only guest in the hotel. The friendship, love, care, and respect I receive are truly remarkable. I often wonder how such high standards are maintained so consistently — and it’s clear that it all comes down to the amazing General Manager, Mr. Yasser Bahaa. Wherever I go, he is there, making sure everything is in perfect order. His dedication, high expectations, and leadership are what make this hotel stand out. Radisson Blu is, and will always be, my favorite place to stay. No other hotel can compare. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, comfort, and care.
