Fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Plaza - Stayed 11 night from Sept 30-31st - Again Nov 03-04 and Nov 5-7 during a business trip. Everything during the stay was top notch - The service from everybody - Kindness and smiles everywhere - Food at restaurants - Bars and breakfast. Great location Got upgraded each time due to Reward-Status to a huge junior suite with a fantastic Layout and sleep quality - Thank you 😊 Will definitely be back next time I am in Bangkok and can highly recommend.

This was our second visit to Radisson Blu Plaza - we stayed last year and loved it so much we came back again this year. The location is fantastic - 5 mins walk to Asok BTS (sky train) and Sukhumvit MRT (subway) means you are connected to anywhere and everywhere in the city. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby, Terminal 21 and great massage places. The rooms are huge - we were in the executive/business level this year with complimentary lounge access (comp cocktail hour between 5-7pm daily) but the room size is the same I believe for the standard rooms. The bathrooms are great with a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast is fantastic and never seems to be stressful busy like a lot of hotel buffet breakfasts can be - this is a big plus. The staff are amazing here, so friendly, so helpful. Last year the concierge team helped us so much and it was nice to see all the same faces this year! Nano, the front office manager is wonderful, so friendly, a real credit to the hotel. The pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped (and quiet!). The only (small) gripe I have - and this is one for pretty much every Radisson Blu I’ve stayed in - is that there are only plug sockets on ONE side of the bed. Perhaps the design is for single guests but when you are 2 people in a room, it’s pretty annoying to have one persons phone on charge by the bed, then the other persons phone has to be on the desk by the TV/cannot reach without getting out of bed. If they fix that, I can find literally no fault with this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

"Made my first time in Thailand very memorable"

I was a guest who stayed here from November 12th to November 18 with a late check out. We got there around 2PM and we got a room right away. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lobby looks very nice and there are restaurants on many floors. Booked a Premium room on the higher floor. Got room 2205 which gave a city view of Sukhumvit in Bangkok. Room was very spacious, bathroom was large and shower was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable all of the nights we stayed. Breakfast is at Twenty One bites, I'll put a separate review on that but I have nothing other than praise for the staff and breakfast. When we asked for a late checkout, and told them we have a flight around 2:15AM next day, they charged a half day rate but let us stay till 7PM. For the rate we paid, which was for a 5-star hotel similar to Indian 5-star hotels very very reasonable, I'd recommend this place. Thanks for having me and my father and I do hope that next time I'm in Bangkok, that I'll stay here again.
