This is our 4th return to RBPB, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. Special mention to Nano who always goes out of her way to make sure that we have a personalised welcome each time we pass through the Lobby. Breakfast amazing as always, rooms are spacious with great views, and the location of the hotel cannot be beaten. This is our second home and we simply cannot wait to return to this exceptional hotel and city. Always something going on in Bangkok. We love it!

I particularly chose Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok as a highest-tier Radisson Rewards member, and because the price seemed very reasonable compared with similar properties in the city. Unfortunately, the arrival experience was disappointing. Despite arriving around 3 p.m., the standard check-in time, my upgraded room was not ready, even though I had communicated my arrival time in advance. I ended up waiting approximately two hours in the lounge before being able to check in, which was not the welcome I had expected as a loyal guest. Once I finally received my upgraded Business Room, I was very happy with it. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with a great view over Bangkok. I would definitely recommend requesting a room on the highest floor possible to make the most of the views. The hotel itself felt somewhat tired, with its age becoming noticeable in several areas and some maintenance details that could be handled better. On the other hand, the Club Lounge was excellent and one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the food and beverage selection was very good. I would definitely recommend lounge access when staying here. I also really enjoyed the pool area. The pool itself was great, and I had some delicious lunch snacks at the poolside bar, making it a very pleasant place to spend part of the day. Breakfast was good, although nothing particularly memorable. I would have appreciated a wider selection of local dishes, but the excellent variety of fresh local fruits was a nice touch. Overall, I felt the hotel offered very good value for the price I paid.
