Second time we have visited this hotel, the location is perfect for us, very close to Skytrain, Metro and Terminal 21. We used a car from the hotel to DMK airport and I forgot my baseball cap in the car. After a few phone calls, the hotel staff has found it and kept it for me until we checked back to the hotel after a week of travellling. I used to work in a hotel for more then a decade, I can say this is proper hospitality. Very greatful for the staff! I would definitely recommend the hotel, will be back next time! Oh, and the rooftop bar is a must!!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great location, just a 5min walk to both train stations (BTS and MRT). Beds were comfortable, room was clean. We were on the 19th floor and had a great view of the city.

Beautiful room with a great view. The lobby bar has a wonderful atmosphere. The reception staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They consistently check on me and engage in conversation, which makes me feel like I’m coming home to a place where I can truly relax every time I return. Special thanks to Cath and Nano — they are absolutely lovely.
