Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Bangkok - TripAdvisor traveler rating

A very professional and elegant entrance with engaging employees. I was checked in quickly and up to my booked upper room. Easy issue occured when the door lock battery was dead. It happens. The staff QUICKLY sent security up with me and I was in the room minutes later. Maintence was there 10 minutes later. That was impressive service! Ok the room view. Whoa! looking over Sukhumvit. Nice! My room had a couch, a comfy bed, decent size fridge and a well designed restroom. Hotel. The lobby coffee bar is gorgeous. Brewski their rooftop bar / restaurant has been a fave of mine for years (which encouraged me to book there). Amazing food, beverages, service and views. Some of the best.

Hotel is in prime location and easy to access the skytrain and underground. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is plenty of choices. My favourite part is 24 hour gym, spacious with all equipments. Staffs at front desk and also concierge are attentive and always helpful. Bed was comfy but wifi needed an upgrade.

I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Sukhumvit on many occasions over recent years, and I’m pleased to say that every visit has exceeded expectations. My most recent stays (three visits over the course of a few weeks while travelling around Asia) were no exception. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Sukhumvit area, with excellent transport links to both airports, and a plethora of restaurants and nightlife as you step out of the huge modern lobby. The rooms are a really good size and well looked after. The pool of course is a welcome retreat from the heat and the bustling streets. By far the greatest asset of the establishment is the staff. From the concierge to housekeeping the attentiveness is consistent throughout, and all of my interactions were met with a smile. A special mention to Jan from the reception team, whose warmth and professionalism really stood out as an example of true hospitality. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and the wider industry. I leave Bangkok with fond memories of the city, complemented by a very comfortable stay at the Radisson Blu. One final thank-you to all the staff ! Russ

A Great Dinner Buffet Experience at 27 Bites I had dinner at 27 Bites Brasserie at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok with friends, and overall it was a really enjoyable buffet experience. The buffet had a good variety of dishes, including seafood, salmon, pasta, pizza, savory dishes, and a nice selection of desserts. I especially enjoyed being able to try a little bit of everything rather than ordering individual dishes. The desserts were also nicely presented, with cakes, berries, cream-based desserts, and pastries. I had great service with the team Phee Joy, Phee Plawan and Phee Kla who is a supervisor at the restaurant. Thank you so much for great service🥳🫶
