






⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I stepped out of the taxi and walked into the lobby of the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok, I knew I had chosen the right hotel. The lobby is absolutely stunning – a beautiful open space with a fantastic atmosphere, great music, and a warm welcome from the concierge and front desk team. The check-in experience was smooth and professional, and my room was excellent. I particularly loved the open bathroom design looking into the bedroom, with the option to close the blind for privacy when needed. It’s a small touch, but it made the room feel modern, spacious, and unique. I had requested a high floor and was assigned the 21st floor, which still offered a very nice view of Bangkok. During my stay, I ordered food from the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The burger was good, but the shrimp spring rolls were absolutely fantastic and easily one of the highlights. The pool area was also a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day in the city. I would also like to mention my experience at the rooftop bar, which was excellent. Having worked as a bartender myself at the rooftop bar of the Hyatt Centric Times Square in New York City, I have a strong appreciation for great hospitality and knowledgeable service. While looking over the beer selection, the bartender was incredibly helpful. Even though English was not his first language, communication was effortless. I mentioned that I enjoy citrus-forward IPAs, and he immediately recommended a beer that he felt would suit my taste. To be honest, the very first beer he suggested was absolutely perfect. I didn’t need to sample anything else. The fact that he offered me a complimentary taste beforehand was another classy touch and showed genuine attention to customer service. It’s small details like that which elevate a good experience into a memorable one. What really made this stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service. I would like to give a special thank you to Jessie at the front desk who assisted me with a late check-out request. My flight wasn’t until 3:00 a.m. the following morning, and I had originally arranged a 6:00 p.m. check-out for an additional charge. After a brief conversation about my own experiences working in hotels in New York City, Jessie kindly extended my check-out until 8:00 p.m. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a huge difference to my final day in Bangkok and perfectly summed up the level of hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. Jessie turned what was already a great stay into an exceptional one, and her kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Even the two ladies working at the downstairs bar who served me my final cappuccino before I left were incredibly warm and friendly. I don’t often leave hotel reviews, but the team at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok truly deserve the recognition. Your staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and consistently go above and beyond for guests. Throughout my stay, I found everyone to be smiling, approachable, and eager to help, creating the kind of atmosphere that makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Bow & Baifern The ladies there at Exective Lounge were incredibly professional and attentive, proactively managing my drink preferences and specific dietary requirements so that I never had to ask twice.

We went to the rooftop bar on a last-minute decision, and it did not disappoint at all. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was top-notch. Even though it was raining, the atmosphere was amazing and made the experience even more memorable. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. Nano was an exceptional member of the Radisson team who could not have done more to make our trip exceptional. The hotel is in a great location near MRT and BST with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was incredible with so much choice and wonderful chefs on hand to assist. Didn’t get his name but the Indian section chef was so knowledgeable and his food was incredible. As VIP members we were upgraded to a business class room with lounge access. The lounge was beautiful and the great selection of wines and cocktails with snacks was delicious. The pool was beautiful and peaceful with incredible views. Our room was a great size and was absolutely immaculate. The free 4 items of laundry a day was so helpful on our travels. We loved our trip to this hotel so much that we ate already planning to return as soon as we can. Coming from Scotland it is a trek but absolutely worth it.
