My more than week-long stay at the Radisson Blu was genuinely unforgettable, not only because of the hotel's comfort and quality but also because of the wonderful staff. The service was consistently excellent from the moment I arrived. Throughout my visit, I was made to feel at home and well-cared for by every member of staff who was kind, accomodating, and warm. What was most notable, though, was their unshakable commitment in the face of regional hostility and tension. The reception team, which includes Glydel, Mary, Sneha, Amr and Ismail, deserves special recognition for their sincere concern and care. They maintained compusure, attention, and support for each visitor despite the tension and unpredictability of the situation. It was evident that their kindness matched their professionalism. The group showed incredible bravery and strength under Ms. Shine's direction. For peace of mind, they even gave blankets to people who opted to remain in the lobby. Their character and dedication are clearly demonstrated by their degree of empathy and responsiveness. We are grateful to the Diplomat Radisson Blu team for transforming a challenging circumstance into an encounter characterized by kindness, fortitude, and sincere hospitality.

We originally booked a few days at the hotel as a stopover before our flight back to the UK. Unfortunately the conflict with Iran began so we had to stay for longer as our flight was cancelled. The hotel is in a convenient location, our room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were of the usual high Radisson quality and the restaurant food excellent. The pool was lovely and the gym well equipped. Throughout the days of the conflict we felt immense gratitude to the management and staff of the Radisson for their kindness, care and professionalism - and all done with a smile. Without fail we were looked after and made to feel safe in a worrying situation. We are thinking of them all and trusting they stay safe and that the conflict ends quickly.

We had a wonderful stay—truly one of the best hotels in Bahrain. The service was excellent, the staff was very welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable with beautiful views. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. We were close to many attractions, and it was very easy to get around, whether walking or using Uber. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again
