We received a very warm welcome, Anzhelica at the reception is very kind and attentive, always nice to find nice people after a long work trip. The hotel is super comfortable, all brand new. My room had a lovely view of the mountains. Loved the gym, super well equipped and spacious. 10 minute drive from Almaty airport

Beautiful Hotel with excellent equipment. Clean and everything on actual standard. Very friendly and serviceorientated. Delicious food. When they get a few more weeks all processes will be also fast and routined. Looking forward happy to be back soon.
