My wife unfortunately had to return to Addis Ababa due to the death of her mother ,I normally use the Hilton, but decided to try the Raddisson Biue this time as they were very competitive price wise. I am so glad I did the hotel and the hotel staff were marvellous and massive thank you to Ababa on the reception who was so helpfull when my wife arrived and Etsegent Wjfru who works in the dinning room who took the time to explain about the food and ensured my wifes needs were catered for. I would also like to thank Haymanot who works in the kitchen for also going above and beyond, a big thank you to you all your staff from me personally for their kindness and understanding, I will now use you as my preferred hotel when visiting Addis, our Ethiopian friend has already made booking for a birthday weekend. This hotel is truly a gem. In all of the hotels that I typically stay at, the Radisson is by far the best. Their staff is extremely polite and friendly. Nothing is too much effort. I particularly enjoy the business class lounge, where the service and smiles are abundant. A special shout-out to Genet and the entire bar area team for the outstanding service. Mr. Mesfin, you have an incredible team. Well done, Sir.
