"Great experience"

I've stayed for 3 nights in Radisson Blu Addis Ababa and I was so satisfied with the service. The check in and any other inquiries was so smooth thanks to Azariyas (he is a gem) and the room was spacey. There is a good wifi connection in every corner of the hotel and amenities were satisfying (I've ordered room services which was good and there is iron in the room if you are curious). Cleaning was also good, the only thing was there were no slippers but I did not asked for one, maybe they could have helped. Breakfast was also good, coffee was amazing (at last, we are in the motherland of coffee and I felt it) The blind curtains was great, if you want to sleep in you are lucky, as it is located on a central location noise of the vehicles might be heard but then again quite good. There was the friendly and sincere smile of the personnel wherever I turned my head and I'm grateful for this. I was in a central location to ease my visit and atmosphere of the hotel was outstanding. Please notice the "bird of heaven" flower outside the hotel to bring an amazement to your day.

"A great stay at Raddison Blu"

I went to Addis Ababa on holiday for one week and stayed at the Raddison Blu. The accommodation was excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who made me feel at home with their incredibly warm nature. Every morning I received the warmest welcome from Etsegenet and Haymanot at breakfast, which was always a great start to the day. I would also like to say a special thank you to Ketema and his team for their kindness and perfect hospitality. Namely David, Habtamu, Mintesinot, Yaregal and many others.
