Great location, nice golf course. Staff are very friendly, and rooms are quiet, neat, clean and comfortable. Always a pleasure to stay at Radisson Golf & Convention center Batam.

The massage was totally relaxing after a trip about 6h. Iffana hit exactly the right spots with the right amount of pressure. I highly recommend her.

Excellent customer service at the pool bar by Anto and one more guy, excellent housekeeping service by Budy. Excellent customer service at the reception for helping us with our Radisson Premium club member login details.. and food wise, delicious! Drinks wise, need to improve on the cocktails but overall experience is excellent. Great view for a room upgrade as a Premium member. Keep it up.
