Hotel is more than adequate in so many ways. Sukhumvit is easily accessed from either Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang Airports. Any and all facilities are only as good as their staff! My sincere compliments to the breakfast buffet attendants, room service members and the front-of-house guest liaison ladies. Of particular emphasis l highly commend Nat, Mo and Wan! Down to earth, genuinely good people going about their assigned duties with ease, detail and diligence. Cheers everyone. You are the best!! Mark.

Family of 3, traveling for leisure, 1 bedroom suite. Location: On a quiet street, 5 min walk from Sukhumvit main road. 3 convenience stores within 200m, a row of restaurants, bars and cafes offering multiple cuisines just 200 m away. Very convenient location overall. Room: 1 bedroom suite is large and spacious - one large bedroom with a large attached bathroom, one huge living room with a dining area. Dining table for 6, sofa-cum-bed that can sleep 2 adults comfortably, plus another large sofa, tables etc, full length windows. A small kitchenette with a sink & microwave etc. An additional study room with an attached toilet. It's basically a full scale apartment, super comfortable & convenient. Service: The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Nara at the reception was especially super-helpful for our check-in and check-out. Room amenities replenishment, cleanliness etc was all great. We faced a small maintenance issue in the middle of the night, and the technician was there within 5 minutes to fix it. The breakfast buffet is great too - a good varied spread, and tasty. Overall super satisfied with the experience, and this is going to be our preferred place to stay in Bangkok in future!

All my business trip booked in this hotel in my experience hotel has excellent for business, friends and family trip, great hotel, location and the staff. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is respectful and very helpful.

I really love the location of the hotel, the exceptional service from the counter to staff and everything else. The stay was awesome, however… we did notice something paranormal my lights suddenly switched on in the middle of the night twice in the toilet…. And my partner felt something in the hallway. I don’t know if it’s haunted because in 2016 someone posted the same about the lights. I stay on level 9, I didn’t mind too much since it didn’t disturb or disrupt my stay too much. Thank you for the hospitality despite everything.

Great Location. Big neat and clean rooms. Excellent facilities. Attentive and caring staff. Great Value for Money. Located in the relatively quite Soi 13 and at a walkable distance to Nana and Asoke BTS stations. They provide Tuk Tuk to drop you in nearby locations on demand. The Bustling Soi 11 is just a couple of Minutes away and you have variety of restaurants within in few meters from the hotel (Not to mention Michelin rated Punjab Grill right at the hotel). Convenince stores like 7-11, etc just a stone throw away.
