Excellent staff support the rooms are clean

Beautiful and elegant hotel with a warm atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially Khun Moo the Front Office Manager. Thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping the room clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay. Sadly I didn’t get to see my former boss this time, but I hope to meet him on my next visit. My family and I stayed at Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit from 06 to 10 June, and we had a mixed experience. We booked a One-Bedroom Suite, which proved to be an excellent choice for our stay. The suite was spacious, well-designed, and offered plenty of room for relaxation. The separate living area added extra comfort and convenience, making it feel more like a home away from home. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay, ensuring that everything remained tidy and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service provided by the team helped make our stay even more pleasant. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the Sukhumvit area, it provided easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment venues, and public transportation. We also enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast, which offered a good variety of choices and was a great way to start each day. One thing to mention is the room didn’t have a balcony & there was no clothes rack to keep the used clothes. It becomes a challenge to dry the wet clothes in the space of the bathroom. First night we had a mixed experience as it was noisy outside/ from the neighbouring room even at 1 am. Overall, Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit provided excellent comfort, service, and value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to families and travelers looking for spacious and well-located accommodation in Bangkok.
