Very nice hotel with excellent service from Azzren, Zihan, and Raymeen. Location is central, huge night market festival across the street, and close to major sites in the city. Breakfast was also comprehensive and excellent. Thank you!

After a less than welcoming arrival into Brunei from the ferry, the warm welcome from the Radisson was exactly what we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was delish with a huge range of options. We also loved having a fresh water dispenser just outside our door, a simple but thoughtful touch. We got heaps of handy tips for sites to visit and we were lucky enough to be in Brunei for the Sultans birthday celebrations. The staff at the Radisson were genuinely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location is great, with touristy spots and the waterfront within walking distance. Couldn't fault our stay. We'd happily stay at the Radisson again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Brunei.

Young, Nazifa, HJ Ziman, Hilmi and Raymeen took great care of us. Every member of the staff has been nothing but exceptional and they made us feel welcome. All needed amenities are included, rooms are clean and there is also a place to smoke outside. I can gladly recommend this place.

Beautiful location. Market across the road for the 80th Birthday Celebrations. Food at breakfast was excellent.
