Happy with my stay here. Hotel is old, but well maintained. Room is clean, modern, well equipped. The only minus is that our room was facing a road, so it was occasionally noisy because of car noise (better have room facing pool). Good breakfast and dinner, very polite staff. Descent outdoor pool (long but narrow), 2 lanes, 18 meters long. Location is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. Good value for money

The Radisson is great value, comfortable, great staff, excellent room. Highly recommend for your next stay in Brunei. Location is also excellent, not far from the airport. I was approached by a staff member asking if I would like to have dinner at one of the restaurants, then gave me a card for a free dinner - was wonderful! So kind.

We had a wonderful time at Radisson Hotel Brunei. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Bandar Seri Begawan, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. Our family truly enjoyed the stay — the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brunei! 🌿🏨✨

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, good location, good restaurants. The biggest highlight though, is the quality of staff who are simply outstanding. Whether it is the front desk or the concierges, they were very helpful. A few names that come to mind specially are Amalina at front desk and Zihan, the concierge. Also Vishnu, the house keeping manager was really friendly and helpful. A memorable stay thanks to the amazing staff.

We had 3 nights, kid friendly, spacious, comfortable and excellent location to see the sites. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and welcoming and gave us information about the city, such as the Sunday Morning flea market, the mosque timings, organised a tour to the water village and mangroves. The Indian restaurant food and staff were very friendly and the service was awesome. In particular we would like to mention and thank Liyana, Amlina, Aziz, Zihan, Fatin and Harissah for their help with overall stay. The free shuttle service is a bonus. The hotel is very close to the airport and has fantastic amenities. Unexpected and well worth the stay..
