We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very modern and the rooms were good. Everything was clean and it was nice and quiet in our room. All of the staff members were efficient and helpful. However, what stood out was the wonderful service in the restaurant/buffet. Saurabh was exceptional. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. Manish also provided excellent service. We've stayed in a lot of places, but rarely have we had such great service. It made our stay most enjoyable and memorable. On top of that there was a great selection of delicious food! We'd recommend this hotel.

We had such a great experience here, mostly thanks to Chef Ashish and the restaurant manager, Sameer. Sameer is a natural—he made us feel welcome the second we walked in and kept an eye on everything to make sure our meal was perfect. And the food? Chef Ashish really knows his stuff. He actually took the time to chat with us and tailored the dishes to our taste, which you just don't see everywhere. If you’re in Agra, definitely stop by and look for these two. They really made our stay special!
