"Exceptional staff - especially Til!"

I am writing to leave a review for Til. His customer service has been exceptional throughout both my stays at this hotel. When I got my first professional contract here, Til was so welcoming towards me and offered me their personal congratulations and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate. Til and the team work hard to ensure all the needs of each and every client here at the hotel is met and they treat each person with respect and individual care. They deal with a lot of demands and cope with good humour and kindness. I have felt truly welcome here in my new hometown of Osnabruck thanks to Prize Radisson and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Brand-new hotel within a 10-minute walk of the train station. Very pop, vibrant colors in the rooms. The public areas are very modern yet still cozy. For those who like it, there’s a neighboring venue with an associated bar. Room: Very clean, good, wide bed. The room is not large overall (category: design room), but it has everything you need for 1–2 days (except a hairdryer). A small improvement would be an additional shelf in the shower. I really liked it, especially considering the price.

We had a fantastic stay at this newly opened hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended!
