I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Prize by Radisson Hotel in Hamburg. The location was great , very close to city centre. The highlight for me was the reception staff—in particular, Nikta. She went above and beyond, always incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially thanks to Nikta’s exceptional service.

I had a great stay at Prize by Radisson Hamburg City. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Everything was smooth and well organized, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Hamburg.
