Stayed at this lovely hotel before our cruise very nice it was staff very polite food excellent in all a very pleasant stay oh the breakfast buffet we both had the morning of our departure was amazing very polite staff also would return if in Shanghai again many thanks

My company recommended this or a cheaper one, but this one was quite affordable. So, I wasn't expecting much. Instead, I opened my room door to: -huge bed -clean and spacious room -great bathroom -soft pillows -spacious desk -soft towels Also, it was very convenient to everything. And the Japanese/Korean restaurant turned out to be one of the best deals and definitely, the best service I've experienced in recent memory. It's not perfect, but very solid in taste and ingredients. Pictures attached. And oh, I forgot, but the staff all speak English and very fluently. The cons: -the entrance for the main lobby is a bit inconvenient at night, but it is for safety reasons; in the morning, it has multiple entrances to the main road though -the bed is a bit stiffer than I was hoping -the room is great in relation to most chinese hotels -light switches were a tad confusing initially -not as modern as recent hotels -SO BIG it's hard to get around quickly. Still loved the experience!

A good hotel. good location with nearby 24 hrs convenient shop and metro station just few steps away. The room is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. They even provide turn down service and chocolate at night. The front desk officer are always helpful to answer questions.

The Pine City Hotel is an excellent, excellent value for your money. The hotel is located right next to a metro station, there are also hotels and a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel as well as a starbucks and a 7-11. The hotel staff was courteous, I had one incident that was a challenge related to the bell man, but it was not a deal breaker for me. I would stay at this hotel again, and plan to.

This hotel was just perfect! Our suite was large and with great view. Room service was very good as well! we stayed in the 19th floor. We would definitely stay here again! The metro station was right next to the hotel! Great,great , great stay! The only thing I didn't like: they didn't have WiFi.
