The hotel is impeccable.. the staff even better! Special mention of Marina & Gustav. Both were so helpful .. kind. They patiently heard all our queries and did their best to resolve all!! I highly recommend Park Plaza, Vondelpark to all tourists travelling to Amsterdam. Great stay for family holiday. Initially we had a problem checking in, didn't get the rooms we expected but all sorted out and in the end we had a lonely stay. Slept well even if the hotel was a bit fancy and dark. Will happily stay again.

Park Plaza Vondelpark is a gem of a hotel. Great location, lovely rooms and the best service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - every member of the staff I encountered, went above & beyond.

The hotel has spacious studio rooms, some of which are in a quiet location where we had views of the Park and the garden& also a balcony. If you are a light sleeper like I am, you have to to be kindly persistent to persuade them on your request for a quiet room and then the hotel experience is truly extraordinary.! The staff Akash, Gustav, Dina, Marina, and the others are friendly, & very helpful. We included the breakfast and found it to be healthy, varied and abundant. It’s in a a lovely neighborhood walking distance to many shops and restaurants bars cafés and of course there’s the park you walk through the park to the museums. Hotel is Highly recommended.

I have repeatedly returned to this hotel because it is quiet, next to beautiful Vondelpark, and has nicely designed rooms (although some are on small side). Access to a rental bike outside hotel doors makes this a perfect spot to explore Amsterdam like a native.
