Fantastic hotel, just finished a 3 night stay here & i would say it’s pretty outstanding. located towards the south of the city but easily accessible by tram & based close to Vondelpark. Tozi restaurant downstairs excellent on the first evening although portion sizes a littler small, imo. Hotel faultless, a real gem. would stay here again without hesitation

Excellent stay at this hotell. Hotel staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff kept room very clean and well supplied. In particular, I want to praise the wait staff at the Tozi Restaurant. Very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast service was standard buffet foods, but with better than usual choice of cereals. Dinner-I had the cod dish twice - was some of the best cod I've ever eaten. Their secret is they steam the cod in a bamboo steamer before they bake it in the oven.

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay here. The service was great. We arrived early and they allowed us to check-in early. The rooms were cozy but clean. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. I especially liked the loose leaf teas and cheeses. The location was good, right across from Vondelpark (which I highly recommend). We walked “into town” (area near Rijksmuseum) daily - about 20 minutes. We took Ubers to Centrum. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would return here.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a conference at the RAI in Amsterdam. It’s quite an up market part of town (judging by the cars and the price of Aperol Spritz!). The room was very nice,not massive but more than enough of you are on your own-a couple might struggle if you were there for a long time or wanted to spend a lot of time in the actual room. It’s not a massive hotel either, quite intimate. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the centre and a 40 minute walk to RAI-the bus from the airport (every 10 mins) drops you off about a 10 minute gentle walk to the hotel. I didn’t have breakfast but my two colleagues did-and said it was great. Nice touches are the coffee machine and crystal whisky glasses in the room! Park across the road and a much bigger one about 5 minutes away. Only word of warning are the Dutch cyclists-they are lethal and everywhere-like Scottish midges, they take no prisoners. Would definitely go back here.

We were very pleased with the family. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful in every way. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food and breakfast were also great. They pay great attention to room cleaning. The hotel is in a central location and tram access is very easy.
