Priyanka, front desk receptionist at the Park Plaza hotel, was AWESOME! From the time I arrived after a very long travels travel from Philadelphia, she greeted me and provided the utmost hospitality, care and concern!! She truly went the extra mile to ensure that my entire stay would be excellent! I certainly will stay at this hotel again because of the excellent treatment and hospitality delivered by Priyanka!!

"Great hotel in a great location"

Super convenient as the hotel is located near by Victoria station. Our room was quiet and we had a lovely view of the skyline. The complimentary toiletries were by ESPA which made my mum happy. House keeping were quick to respond to our request for additional pillows and the staff stored our luggage securely prior to check in and again when we checked out. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Had a fantastic night! Rakibul was super friendly and made amazing cocktails. Definitely one of the best bars I’ve been to in London!

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Victoria. Picked for its location close to Wicked. Hotel was one of the best we have stayed in in London. Only criticism was the bar was expensive and therefore very quiet as there are alternatives locally. Our challenge was our parents can’t walk far. We would definitely stay again.
