Watching a musical at Victoria Palace, so this is one of the nearby hotel.  check in was pleasant and fast.  there was some return work going on on our floor but the check in staff told us in advance so we weren't too bordered. There're  gym, sauna and steam rooms in the basement which is great for some workout.   The bar is open 24 hours or at least till pass mid night so that was also handy for a late night drink without venturing out. room is clean and comfortable. There are many good eating place within minutes of walking too.

Stayed at the hotel many times before - the upgrade on this occasion helped make it an even better experience.

Excellent stay at the Park Plaza with very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is spotless and the rooms and spacious with everything one would need.

We were traveling as a family with 2 young kids, the hotel is located at the unbearable spot, directly near to the Victoria station; with a lot of amenities and food around the hotel, best of all you can literally walking all the way to Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abby. It is well connected with all the trains and buses Furthermore I want to give my compliment to the hotel reception staffs kind and helpful help, we arrived on Saturday 9am, after a long 14 hours flight with 2 kids, Priyanka was serving and supporting us, the room is spacious and comfortable, Well done and keep it up, I will be back again

Perfect location for visiting London for a few days before our cruise. Very easy access to Victoria Station and bus routes. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our plane arrived early morning and we were able to leave our bags with front desk personnel and go explore before check-in time. Very convenient.
