Perfect location, friendly staff and spotless hotel room with an extremely comfortable bed!! The hotel also catered for a last minute request for an early check in and had a bottle of Prosecco waiting on arrival for my wife’s birthday. Hard to fault and we will definitely be back!

Stayed here 5 times since the summer of 2025 for business. Really like the hotel, it’s perfect in lots of ways - Centrally located with great amenities, nice seating areas, nice bar and breakfast has a good selection. Staff are always welcoming and very friendly from the front desk to the bar and breakfast. Rooms are a good size with nice comfortable beds and despite it being next to Victoria which can be noisy with police, the rooms seem sound proofed, what more can you ask for.

Amazing hotel, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and well maintained. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Free early morning check in was very much appreciated after a 2am wake up for travel. They also kept our luggage for us after check out to allow us to sightsee until our return to the airport! The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. Fantastic shower with a massive rainfall head and all toiletries included in the room. Iron and ironing board were a bonus! Victoria station is literally across the street and the Apollo theatre and the Victoria palace theatre are 2 mins walk away! Highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely return
