We stayed here for one night and were impressed with the attentiveness of staff. Our room was ready at 10am, and the staff even took the time to open up and prepare the sofa bed with linens and pillows for our 2 children before even checking in to our room. What a great gesture! Located right by a tube station, in a good area close to Big Ben. Would definitely stay here again.
