Stayed in Park Plaza for routine break. We were greeted by loving front desk staff comprising Rajan, Kanan , Diya & Ayush. This hardworking team is headed by Ms Samita Sood, a bright & dynamic individual. She gave us prompt check in, room to our accordance, arranged to celebrate our 25 th anniversary showering blessings of whole staff. She was really helpful throughout our stay. Great asset to the hotel. Besides rooms are cozy & confortable. Food is superb. Gym & pool areas are great experience.
