This is a fantastic hotel the check-in experience was fantastic the staff made it feel very warm and welcoming and this was the case throughout the stay. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Definitely booking here again thank you.

Come to park plaza. Nina has the best consumer service, very polite, has helped me out a lot when I needed her help no matter the time or day , very welcoming I would definitely recommend and would come again.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks ahead of my partner giving birth at the local hospital, and what a wonderful experience we had - Myself, my pregnant partner and our dog. All staff at the hotel were attentive, a special shout out to Nina, Rahim, Niamh and Katie on reception. Always willing to help with a smile on their face. Small factors like that can really improve the overall experience. If taking a dog, they go above and beyond to help. Water/food bowls and bed for the room. Even treats on reception! If we ever stay in the area again, we would stay here without question. Reasonably priced for London, easy transport links to central London (Piccadilly and central line in walking distance). Worth mentioning this is a great option when going to Heathrow too. Restaurant and bar provides good options. A little steep in price on the draught beer options, and some small improvements could be made to the food menu, but overall the food was great - I apprentice this is a hotel chain so these don’t relate just to this specific hotel. WiFi works perfectly, easy to access. Small suggestion would be improving the room TV - don’t put casing around the TV meaning you can’t plug in anything (such as HDMI). TV interface a bit dated and slow and the cast options limited. Small comments above does not affect my fantastic experience here. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in west London.

Very warm welcome from Mrs. Raman and Mrs. Emmanuelle. Excellent customer service — we truly felt like special guests. From the moment we arrived, everything was explained clearly and in great detail. We left smiling because we felt genuinely welcomed. The reception service deserves 5 stars. The restaurant staff also provided amazing service. The food was good, though it could be improved. The rooms were nice and clean — there’s room for improvement, but nothing to complain about.( Just small detail they should clean the remote controlers and put a sticker on it that it was disinficated.
