It didn’t feel overly busy in any part of the hotel although there were plenty of people around.(Tracy T)

Use this hotel for work and it’s a great place conveniently placed alongside A40 to get in and out of London. Staff are fantastic, friendly and so accommodating. Would like to give a big thanks to Nina and Justina for their outstanding commitment to guest relations and service.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything easy from start to finish. NINA was especially helpful—she made the whole experience effortless and was very welcoming. ROSE was also great, friendly and attentive whenever needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. The staff’s professionalism and warm attitude really stood out.
