"Good location, value and great staff"

We had 2 rooms for a 1 night stay, and have stayed at this hotel previously. A nice, modern, and very well-kept hotel. All the staff that we interacted with were welcoming, friendly, helpful. We made use of the hotel parking, used Ubers to and from the city centre, although previously used the underground close by. We had an upgraded suite which was lovely and Chandika was very efficient and lovely. Only issue was a breakfast order was forgotten and when enquired about came out after we had all finished breakfast and were about to leave restaurant. Still 5/5 as minor and these things can happen. Overall very good value.

My experience at park plaza has been amazing thanks to the staff especially one in particular who was Nina, she was very helpful at all times as well as other staff and I really appreciated that.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but I felt compelled to highlight my experience at this particular hotel, especially due to the outstanding service from four staff members. Katie at reception provided some of the best attentive service I’ve encountered, paying great attention to detail. During my stay, I attended a birthday party, and both Nina, the general manager, and the manager on duty went above and beyond to help me find tape and scissors. I also enjoyed great banter with Connor, who managed my account exceptionally well. I don’t usually take the time to mention individual staff members, but finding such excellent hospitality these days is rare, and they truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

Can't recommend this hotel enough rooms very spacious, quiet staff were amazing loads of choice for breakfast and its only a 2 min walk from the tube station and 20/25 mins from central london highly recommend
