First time at the Park Plaza, Nina was great! Very friendly, polite and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend you stay for the wonderful staff experience and great hotel.

walking into the hotel the entrance was so beautiful. light music in the background and welcoming front desk. The lady at the front desk Nina was very welcoming and very helpful at the desk. As well as that Taylor was extremely helpful and happy to help when we had questions and very friendly to talk to. i recommend everyone to come here as the room is beautiful as well was the lobby and the staff are lovely. we will be back

I would like to recognize Janet Ganet from the breakfast/restaurant team for her outstanding service. Since I arrived on Sunday night and came to breakfast on Monday morning, Janet has been incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. When I first entered the dining area I wasn’t sure where to go, but Janet kindly guided me to the restaurant and showed me where everything was. She explained the meal options, what was available, and even told me what I could ask for if I didn’t see something. During my stay I’ve watched how she works and how she treats every guest. She is always smiling, courteous, and extremely hardworking. She moves quickly across the floor helping everyone and makes sure guests are comfortable. She checks in to ask if everything is okay and greets people warmly with a friendly “good morning.” Janet clearly works very hard and provides excellent customer service.
