everything is nice(ghadeeralenezi)
try to get to breakfast for 9 as we went at 10 and it was busy. pack your gym gear aswell.(Clairelouise C)
Make sure you spend some time using the board games and have the enjoyable breakfast too; very good deal for the area.(AlessandroD1273)

"Friendliest hotel in London"

We stayed for a weekend shopping. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are fine but what really makes it special is the employees. All of them were warm friendly and helpful. Tyler in the reception and Grace the manager in particular were amazing and went out of their way to look after us.

Paid a visit to me a business colleague, brilliant atmosphere, smelt fantastic, very clean and very beautiful establishment. Service from Shraddha was fantastic, very friendly and outgoing person. Really made the visit!

We booked for the location but we got more than we expected. When you walk in it is an immediate WOW! The hotel is beautifully decorated with a cosy vibe and an amazing scent. Every member of staff really cared. Grace in reception was wonderful from start to finish - you have a gem there! We will be back in 2026

Yet another truly consistent high service business event at The Holmes Hotel. Exceptional service from Oktay ensuring all the delegates had the most productive experience through his professional but discreet service, we wanted for nothing with many observations by delegates on his service. Also, a thank you to Rachel in reception for the professional execution on my arrival guiding myself and the delegates to the room venue putting up with my many requests with a smile and warmth. A wonderful venue for any business event with exceptional food options and break out areas.
