I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Berlin during a recent business convention. The team was incredibly helpful even before my arrival; special shoutout to Lilly, who was very responsive and accommodating. She made sure my colleague and I had breakfast delivered to our room at night so we could have suhoor in-room during Ramadan, even though it was outside the regular breakfast hours. We truly appreciated the effort and flexibility. Special thanks as well to the lovely Amey - keep that smile! And to Christian from the F&B team for ensuring our breakfast was delivered to our room with such kindness. The entire front office team was also very helpful with directions and recommendations throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent; perfect for shopping, dining, and very convenient for getting to Messe for conventions. A great experience overall!

Amazing! Location was good - close to U-/S-Bahn. Secured parking house for €15/day only 10 minute walk. Stuff andnservice: very friendly Breakfast: extraordinary / €18 Rooms: clean, roomy, and beds super comfy Atmosphere and value: diverse and respectful When I come back, will stay here again.

This is a fine moderate 4 star hotel in a very upscale area of the city with plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants in the immediate area. Rooms are quirky and of a good size and standard. Very good breakfast too. Very good value.

All staff were welcoming, helpful, efficient and obliging. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Had a bit of trouble getting the temperature on the shower!! But it was fine. Breakfast times were flexible. And the food was excellent. A very well run and hospitable Hotel…

Staff extremely helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet so slept well. Breakfast presented well, good selection of cold and hot buffet. Bathroom a bit dated, tiling/grouting needs replaced. Location of kettle in wardrobe unsuitable as inadequate lighting. If opting to be environment friendly need to request linen, towels etc. Also you will need to request tea, coffee etc. However, staff at desk happy to oblige. We found the location for our needs to visit markets, sights etc.
