Amazing! Location was good - close to U-/S-Bahn. Secured parking house for €15/day only 10 minute walk. Stuff andnservice: very friendly Breakfast: extraordinary / €18 Rooms: clean, roomy, and beds super comfy Atmosphere and value: diverse and respectful When I come back, will stay here again.

This is a fine moderate 4 star hotel in a very upscale area of the city with plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants in the immediate area. Rooms are quirky and of a good size and standard. Very good breakfast too. Very good value.

All staff were welcoming, helpful, efficient and obliging. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Had a bit of trouble getting the temperature on the shower!! But it was fine. Breakfast times were flexible. And the food was excellent. A very well run and hospitable Hotel…

Staff extremely helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet so slept well. Breakfast presented well, good selection of cold and hot buffet. Bathroom a bit dated, tiling/grouting needs replaced. Location of kettle in wardrobe unsuitable as inadequate lighting. If opting to be environment friendly need to request linen, towels etc. Also you will need to request tea, coffee etc. However, staff at desk happy to oblige. We found the location for our needs to visit markets, sights etc.

Hotel was suited close to Kurfursterdamm so the location was very good. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and quiet (effective soundproofing) with a reasonably comfortable bed. I liked the way housekeeping staff did not automatically come in every day but did on request. Reception staff were most obliging: the two chairs in the room were totally unsuitable for use with the desk and when I asked, an alternative chair was immediately brought to my room from the conference suite. Breakfasts were very good except the finish of 10.30 am is much too prompt: on the first day, I could not even get a coffee refill at 10.32!! Come on - there needs to be a little flexibility here!! The bar area was pleasant and reasonably priced too.
