It was my 1st time to Beijing and i don't speak chinese. the staffs made me feel very comfortable and would always go the extra mile to assist in the best way possible, especially Ali and Peter at the concierge. These 2 gentlemen have been very helpful. Overall, i had a great stay at Park Plaza.

"Excellent hotel outstanding employs"

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice location close to restaurants, bank and public transportation, line 10 subway is 5 min. Walking distance. People are very nice and helpful. I would like to thank, in a particular way the duty manager Mrs. Una for being present and assist me to solve some personal issues, and Mr. Peter to help me out and assist me to organize my tours around the city. I would like to thank all the hotel staff in general to be kind and make me feel very welcome. Luca Iozza

I stay here many days a year, like my second home. Staffs are very friendly! I highly Recommend,good price, good service! Very convenient location, surrounded by food and restaurants. In general very good price and quality
