We stayed for one night (no food) before my friend was taking an early flight to the US the next day. I've stayed here before - lovely staff, so convenient (right on the airport complex). HOWEVER - if you are considering booking then be sure to go to the OFFICIAL Park Inn website. I thought I was doing that and clicked parkinnshannon.guestreservations.com as I didn't need to look at the hotel - I thought I'd go straight to the bookings page. Apparently, this is run by a third party while masquerading as the Park Inn site. I booked a room for €110 but my invoice was for €165. I assumed the hotel had added this extortionate amount for their taxes and charges but when I asked them about it when I checked in they said that the taxes and charges had gone to the third party and not them. They asked me if I had clicked the link (the first one in the list) that had guestreservations in the website heading. I said yes and they said that that wasn't their site and I wasn't the only one who had been caught out like that. I asked why the 'guestreservations' link was the first one on the list (which looked exactly like the Park Inn official site) and they said that the third party must have paid Google a lot of money to be top of the list. I usually always book on official sites and I thought I WAS doing this time too. So enjoy your stay and watch out for fraudulent sites pretending to be the official ones!

Our flight to Asia had an emergency landing at Shannon airport and Aoife and the team at the hotel immediately got us settled in with 6 rooms on short notice and made our stay comfortable and worry-free. She is a rockstar!

I had issues with my reservation done on the Radisson app and subsequently with Radisson customer service but when I rang Park Inn Shannon Airport I was delighted to be in touch with Front Office Supervisor Aoife, she took the time to hear and understand my issue and done fantastic work to get it resolved and she subsequently followed up with me to ensure all was satisfactory. A true gem of an employee for whom Radisson Customer Care team could learn a lot from. Ill be dealing directly with the hotel in future.

My recent stay at Park Inn in Shannon was wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury, warm colour tones in my room. We enjoyed our stay in the Radisson, nice quiet and leisurely, found the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient, hotel is ideal for airport, will be back again
