We enjoyed our stay in the Radisson, nice quiet and leisurely, found the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient, hotel is ideal for airport, will be back again

as a mid evening arrival on a mid January evening as worked well. the bar menu was small but adequate however it maybe should include a toasted sandwich selection as well?

I was warmly welcomed by Jiullia and her 2 colleagues at reception. Though it was 11pm, food was still available in the hotel. This is a great service, for guests arriving late after a flight. There was also a vending machine selling snacks and minerals, again providing a service for guests arriving after a flight. My room was beautiful, with quality bed linen, water and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast buffet was very good quality. Natalia also gave me a menu offering omelette, scrambled/ poached egg and porridge. Natalia and her colleague looked after the guests attentively. I highly recommend Park Inn Radisson Shannon airport for customer service, quality, location and value.

Hi We recently had a lovely stay at the Park Inn, Shannon. The food was beautiful and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also had a problem on our return from holiday (the car wouldn't start). The girl managing reception (Juliia) was so kind and helpful. She came out to the car park in the cold and even offered to jump start from her car. She went way beyond the call of duty. Thank you Juliia for being so kind and helpful. It was a big help to tired travellers. Thanks, Barry.
