Breakfast is offered as a buffet or from a menu… I did not realize that I had a choice, opted for buffet, but would have preferred menu.(429922jm)

"Ideal for Shannon Airport"

This was the perfect location for an early morning flight from Shannon. Just a 3 minute walk to terminal, luggage trolley available. Turned in the rental car the night before and enjoyed a nice meal in the bar. Front desk and wait staff were very helpful.

Staff were so nice and friendly - Erica was so attentive and pleasant. Was staying one night after arriving back from a short trip would definitely recommend staying here when flying

The staff both at reception and in the bar were very attentive. We were allowed an early check-in which made it easy to achieve our timing for returning a rental car to the airport. Access to the airport in the early hours of the morning was made easy with luggage trolleys available.

"A lot better than a Premier Inn but at a much higher cost!"

This is a very good airport hotel only a few steps from the terminal, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room on the ground floor was nice and quiet. The breakfast had a decent range of food and the kitchen could prepare some extra items not on the buffet. We would definitely stay again but preferably at a more reasonable cost!

Great location, right across the parking lot of the Shannon Airport, so you can check in and fall asleep immediately after your flight, if you so desire. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and nutritious, with a wide variety of options, including more traditional Irish offerings like Soda Bread as well as more general fare.
