At the time of our arrival the hotel was full, but the Development Director, Shady Aziz, made everything possible and impossible to help us in our journey. We were welcomed to the hotel with nice accommodations for 4 people. Right at the entry point up to the last day of our business trip to Riydah we were very impressed by the hotel itself, the friendliness of the personnel in different Departments (Housekeeping, Dry-cleaning, Reception, F&B, Sales, Butler, Bellboys, Securities - all). From the cleanliness of the place, design of the facility with attention to the details and up to the delicious food with nice presentation during all our meals. There was one obvious fact for our team - behind this true hospitality and respectful approach with the hotel guests, was a Leader who knew how to manage and how to inspire for better results. And I am glad that I had an opportunity to meet in person the Hotel GM Mr. Fadi Mheisen and to thank him on behalf of our company.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, walking distance to a mall. Staff at the reception, f&b, room service everyone were courteous and respectful. Surely stay again
