Room was clean, bed was comfortable, walking distance to a mall. Staff at the reception, f&b, room service everyone were courteous and respectful. Surely stay again

The people that works in the reception are great, and I like very much to see the same faces anytime at the checkin, you feel like at home. They improves with some welcoming italian words as well, good job!!!

I recommended to our company to keep using this hotel whenever we are traveling to Riyadh. Hotel is very clean. Very safe and staff are very professional and friendly. I was always treated with the utmost respect. The food was exceptionally very good. I will stay at the hotel again.
