We had the most amazing time at this hotel, I went with a large group of friends. Check in was smooth, staff really friendly and welcoming. The resort is spotless, lovely pool area, sun loungers always available and staff always happy to find one should we need more. Bar staff attentive and always available to help. Food was lovely, great choice of breakfast and again staff really helpful. We ate the buffet one night and again really impressed. Main menu also very good. Room was great, spacious and clean and no problems at all. Location is great, down a quiet road but minutes walk from restaurants and bars, beach is a 10 minute walk away. You won’t be disappointed, lovely stay and you will come back relaxed! I would highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure.

Lovely hotel in excellent location with friendly professional staff. Within very easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants, shops and Candolim beach, the hotel is spotlessly clean with lovely gardens and a very warm welcome from caring staff who go out of their way to do anything they can to make your stay the best possible experience. Maira, the Guest Experience Executive is outstanding, taking time to speak to all guests, always asking how the holiday is going and nothing seems too much trouble for her. The rooms are a decent size and well set out, although ours (4103) overlooked a side service alleyway used by hotel staff so could be fairly noisy early in the morning - a room with a pool view would have been much better. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and well-stocked by Bishnu, who is the best room attendant we have ever had anywhere in the world. The breakfast was excellent with outstanding staff going out of their way to help. The bell boys, especially Dev, are excellent, taking charge of getting luggage and guests to and from the coach drop-off and pick-up point at the bottom of the lane. The only downside to Park Inn is that there are nowhere near enough sun beds for the number of guests. The pool area is beautiful but only had around 30 beds, which were virtually all "reserved" shortly after 7.00am nearly every day. All in all, a lovely hotel, good value for money, with outstanding staff.

A lovely stay at the Park Inn by Radison. All of the staff cannot do enough for you. We were approached a few times to check thst there was nothing wrong with the room. Breakfast was delicious , plenty of choice, staff we quick to recognise you and to get your order promptly. On a Saturday complimentary food and drinks were made available for Tui customers which was a lovely touch. Sometimes you had to wait to be served at the bar, and you also got 50 percent off as Tui customers. The only comment I would make was it was difficult to hang dresses in the wardrobe as the safe was in there, but this is only a minor thing. Rooms kept spotless, 2 bottles of complimentary water daily. A really comfortable bed, also complimentary robe and slippers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , close to the beach shops and restaurants. Excellent hotel situated right in the middle of candolim with a ten minute walk to the beach the staff at the hotel were brilliant nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile rooms cleaned every day for the three weeks I was there and the pool was a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the main road the pool bar was served well by the boys and the food from it was also very good , all in all a very good experience
