My stay at Park Inn by Radisson, Surat was made truly comfortable by the exceptional cleanliness of the room. The space felt fresh, hygienic, and well-organized from the moment i entered. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Sandeep, the room cleaner, whose attention to detail was remarkable—beds neatly made, washroom spotless, and amenities perfectly arranged. Supervisor Mr. Sachin ensured high standards were consistently maintained and personally checked on our comfort. Their professionalism, courtesy, and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience. i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent housekeeping and guest care during our memorable stay there.

Overall a very good experience. The buffet breakfast was very wholesome. The place felt very safe. I was travelling alone for the first time so was a little apprehensive but the staff made me feel safe .The staff is very courteous and a special mention of Himanshu from the front desk.He helped me getting a ride when the cab site had a glitch and was very courteous and helpful throughout. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
