I am currently staying at Park Inn by Radisson Muscat, and this is now my third week here. I truly felt compelled to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and service I have received. From day one, the hotel has provided a warm, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere that genuinely feels like a second home. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall service consistency has been exceptional throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize the front desk agents, Amro and Motaz. They are consistently helpful, attentive, and professional. What truly sets them apart is their positive attitude — always smiling, approachable, and ready to assist with genuine care. Their friendliness and dedication make a real difference in the guest experience, and they represent the hotel in the best possible way. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service. I truly appreciate the team’s efforts and look forward to the rest of my stay.

We stayed at park inn hotel for one week , the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. A special thanks to Jasmine the staff is working in Central restaurants as a barista , actually she is not just a barista She is the heart and soul of the hotel! She is a great example of true hospitality, Jasmine attitude and natural warmth make her an important part of the hotel’s spirit You should definitely visit Central and try a coffee served by this beautiful and energetic girl 🌷🌷

Food is great, fresh and tasty. Service is great, especially from Jasmin. She is a lovely and great person. Her appreciation to my daughter was amazing

The place is very good abs has a good location close to the airport and most of facilities. Their restaurant is very clean with good variety also the reception team is exceptional.
