Excellent new hotel , the location is far from haram but with a shuttle bus make it easy for our praying times at haram. the staff are very cooperative , the rooms very clean and good amenities. Great service in the restaurant with great food variety.

My Umrah trip to Makkah was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a reliable shuttle service to Al Haram. The driver was always on time, and the staff were helpful and kind. Performing Umrah was a deeply spiritual moment, and the peaceful atmosphere of Makkah made it even more special. Overall, everything was well-organized, and I highly recommend this hotel.
