"Quality and comfort in a great location"

Stayed here for 5 nights for a futsal tournament. Really nice hotel, air conditioned, quiet, and 1 minute away from the main shopping street in the town center. Parking directly below with an extra cost but perfectly reasonable price especially considering the location. Staff couldn't be friendlier , very nice people working behind the bar , managed to find us something to eat after hours and nothing was too much trouble. One of the receptionists, called Mia, has to be one of the friendliest most helpful hotel staff I've encountered. First few nights I had a parking issue , no fault of the hotels and she went out of her way to help sort it. Advised us on local sights worth seeing and recommended some lakeside locations worth visiting, including the area she grew up. Literally nothing was too much trouble to her and greeted us with a smile every time she saw us. Spoke fantastic English and couldn't have have been more pleasant. A real credit to your company.

A very good hotel in an excellent location. The hotel does not have its own garage. There is a public garage opposite the hotel, but it is not connected directly to the hotel.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city. The beautiful old town is at a walking distance of 2 minutes. Needless to say, in the old town there are plenty of eating options and options to shop. Main station is at a walking distance of 15 minutes. There is a nice park just in front of the hotel one can enjoy especially if they are traveling with children. We stayed in a superior room and it was really big. The room was clean and had all the amenities one can ask for. The bed was comfortable. There is no iron in the room but the same would be provided if one ask for it. There is no refrigerator in the room but at the reception there is a common refrigerator in which one can keep their stuff. Staff at the front desk is very helpful and always smiling. We stayed in this hotel for three nights and enjoyed every bit of it. Would recommend people to stay in this hotel if they want to be in the heart of the city and also want to enjoy good services.

We loved this hotel. Spacious, very clean and extremely friendly staff. The lady at reception was so helpful when it came to parking our car. She was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants and eateries. We will definitely stay here again.

Was only in Linz for 2 nights, and due to flight issues arrived much later on the first day than anticipated. My second day was spent almost entirely at Mauthausen, so contact with staff limited. Checkin/checkout process was easy. Liked the layout of the room and had 2 great nights of sleep. Location of hotel was perfect, halfway between train/bus station and Hauptplatz (Main Square). Hotel is also only block away from main tram lines, so could walk or ride tram to either spot. Hotel was also block away from 2 of 3 restaurants that had been recommended to me by friends. Lately have strong preference for having dinner closer to hotel and both were excellent. If in Linz, would stay here again.
