Booked this purely on price and being a Radisson VIP member although I don’t usually stay here in Krakow but was a great deal Location may be a little outside the city but it’s an easy 15/20 walk into the square and right beside river for anyone who likes river walks. Tram and bus stop right outside takes you to many places including Krakow Glowny and bus station so easy from the airport, public transport is so cheap and frequent you won’t need taxis Id say the rooms are of Radisson quality despite the park inn sign - very clean and comfortable, fridge, iron, safe etc my only gripe was room had a bath rather than walk in shower. Good heating system considering how cold it is in Poland at moment The bar and restaurant looked decent but we didn’t use them No problem getting a VIP room upgrade here unlike in other Radisson in Krakow so big thanks to the team for that I’d certainly recommend this hotel and would return

Just returned from a stay at this hotel and we found it to be perfect. Close enough to the Old Town Square (20 mins walk) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle for it to be quiet and peaceful. Room was a great size, super comfortable bed and all staff were more than happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, Easy to find and close to bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival, special thanks goes to the receptionist Ms. Ola very welcoming and helpful - all the staff are amazing and kind. The room clean and comfortable with nice amenities . Very quiet and cozy. The hotel very close to the river and old town, few minutes to reaching.

Clean, nice, quality in everything, high service, tasty breakfast, view to the castle. We enjoyed our stay!
