Just returned from a stay at this hotel and we found it to be perfect. Close enough to the Old Town Square (20 mins walk) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle for it to be quiet and peaceful. Room was a great size, super comfortable bed and all staff were more than happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, Easy to find and close to bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival, special thanks goes to the receptionist Ms. Ola very welcoming and helpful - all the staff are amazing and kind. The room clean and comfortable with nice amenities . Very quiet and cozy. The hotel very close to the river and old town, few minutes to reaching.

This was a three night four day stop over in Kraców to see the sites and take in the local amenities. The proximity to the castle and Old Town is excellent as were transport facilities. The breakfast was fulfilling as well as varied on a daily basis. The staff were knowledgable and helpful with all enquiries and subjects mentioned. My stay was made effortlessly enjoyable throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending the Park Inn by Radisson in Kraków for any interested visitor. Should I return here, and I hope I do, this is the hotel I would choose to stay at again
