  • Great and helpful staff. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great black out curtains and good breakfast . Lobby and restaurant very modern and comfortable. Great location. My third stay here in six months.…Would recommend, and definitely use again.

  • Hotel is located near the city centre, with the view of the Wavel castle from some rooms. Room was clean and sleeping was comfortable. The staff was very helpfull and breakfast were excellent. I recommend to stay here.

  • Good hotel at a good location. Close enough to Old Town to minimize Uber costs, but also near to my meeting location. Just wish I could get them to send a copy of my FINAL BILL so I can close out my travel claim.

  • We had a great time in the hotel Park Inn by Radisson, the breakfast is really good, check in and out was smoothly, the bar had different drinks. We will come back and we recommend to everyone to stay in the hotel.

  • Everything about the Park Inn gave me reason to go back at the end of our travels in Poland. Customer service was outstanding. Rooms clean and comfortable. Covered parking! And RBG had great food after we had been out walking all day.
