I received friendly and efficient service during my stay. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. The location was ideal and close to key amenities. The staff were the highlight, while the stay felt slightly too short.

My experience at Kigali Radisson was nothing short of exceptional. As a Muslim women I immensely appreciated the bidet in the bathroom! Even if that's put there for ease of cleaning for the hotel staff? It's still benefits others.
