I found that the hotel transportation was a bit costly. Since Uber is not available there, I downloaded Bolt and it is way more cheaper.(Viberries)
The food service is slow if you aren’t getting the delicious buffet offered.
Look for Axel at the front desk for excellent care of the deta(Theresa H)

I stayed for 6 night and love the hotel very much, the area, the people, gym . . . all are nice! I recommend Park Inn if you have a plan to visit Kigali the peaceful city.
